Registrations fees must be paid at the time of enrollment. Student registration is valid for one year unless he/she is absent from the program for 30 days or more. Students absent for more than 30 days must re-register. Registration fees are non-refundable.
CAA is closed when bad weather causes hazardous road conditions. We will post on our website when we are closed or you can go to the FOX4 website-under closings we are listed under businesses.
GYMNASTICS CLASSES are open for observation the first full week of the month. All other classes are closed. Guest passes are always available for new students and their parents.
DANCE CLASSES are open for observation October, December and February. Dates to be announed. All other classes are closed. If you would like to schedule a visit to your child’s class, please make arrangements with the instructor.
TUMBLE JUNGLE classes can be observed anytime thru our two-way windows.
For your convenience, CAA has its own retail shop located in our main office. This shop carries all your dancewear needs, tap shoes, ballet shoes, leotards, tights, dance bags, and more. Stop by and check out our NEW STUDENT specials.
All dance students are invited to perform in CAA's annual Spring Recital in June. If your child cannot participate please notify your child's teacher by December 1st. Each student receives one free costume. If your child needs additional costumes, there will be additional charges. Additional costume fees must be paid in full by February 15 and are non-refundable. This will be discussed at the Parent Observation Week in October.

Individualize Assessment and Reasonable Modification
When a request for a disability-related reasonable modification is made, Creative Arts Academy will individually assess the request and also provide a written copy of this Policy. Creative Arts Academy will work with families to provide reasonable modifications in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws. Absent extenuating circumstances, Creative Arts Academy will provide the parent/guardian with a decision of the request for a reasonable modification within 5 business days of the request having been made.
